Order confirmation

Once you have validated and paid for your order on our online store, you will be informed that your order has been taken into account by receiving an email confirming your order and your payment..

For fresh fruit (fruit baskets or fruit per kg): the processing of orders is done in the order of arrival of orders and according to the harvest schedule of our teams. You will receive an information email telling you the expected day of collection and shipping of your parcel.

For jars: orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment.

Preparation of the parcel

We pay particular attention to the packaging of our products, with a selection of packaging for their reinforced protective qualities as well as for their environmental qualities (recycled and / or biodegradable ecological materials). The double corrugated package is closed with adhesive tape or circled, and a label bearing the words "Fragile" is specified and clearly visible to inform the carrier to handle the package with care..

Shipping confirmation

Once the parcel has been delivered to the carrier, you will be informed of the shipment of your order by receiving a shipment confirmation email.

In mainland France (excluding Corsica and DOM-TOM)

  • EXPRESS: Express delivery within 24 hours after shipment of the package. Prices are calculated based on the total weight of the order.

Note that this delivery method is automatically selected as soon as fresh fruit is purchased in the order in order to guarantee its freshness (fresh fruit orders only or mixed orders of fresh fruit + jars)

  • DELIVERY IN 2/3 WORKING DAYS, after shipment of the package. Price of € 9.90, free from 69€ of purchase (excluding fruits basket).

In Europe we deliver to 4 countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands

  • EXPRESS: Delivery within 2 working days after shipment of the package. Prices are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
  • DELIVERY IN 2/3 WORKING DAYS, after shipment of the package. Price of € 20.

Delivery Tracking

You can easily track the status of your order by logging into your account. In addition, a tracking number will be communicated to you once your order has been delivered to the carrier, so you can track it directly on the carrier's website.
