  1. Starred lunch, Dylan Watson-Brawn 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Take a seat at the table for a unique and exceptional organoleptic experience. It is among the citrus fruits that Dylan Watson-Brawn (Ernst restaurant, Berlin, Allemagne) will share with you his interpretation of seasonal citrus fruits, within a menu designed especially for the occasion. Drinks included.

Dylan Watson-Brawn

Canadian of origin, having worked at the Ryugin and Noma, Dylan Watson-Brawn is the standard bearer of a new generation of German and European chefs around the world. His restaurant Ernst is ranked 55th restaurant in the world in the World 50Best, and 19th in the OAD ranking. Dylan imagined his restaurant as a true culinary experience. With minimalist dish titles of apparent false simplicity, its sensitive, highly technical cuisine gives pride of place to the finest products, which Dylan, Spencer, Shunsuke and the members of his team select with extreme attention. Dylan is a fierce defender of Terroirs and People, he considers his producers as artists. It’s a real honor and event for the French gastronomic scene, we are extremely proud to welcome him and his teams to Eus.
