Mix varieties of Organic fingerlime, per 100g, grown on the terroir of Eus in the South of France.
Fruit ready to eat, a few grains are enough to liven up a plate of rice, fish or even seafood, with a special mention for oysters to which the lemon caviar adds a tangy note without cooking the flesh! It also flavors desserts (whipped cream, panna cotta, lemon tart, mousses, fruit salads, etc.) and even cocktails!
The fruits are picked at optimum ripeness on the same day of shipment, in your hands the next day!
Picking and shipping of batches from Monday to Wednesday, in the order of arrival of orders.
Price of 15€/100g excluding shipping costs, delivery in 1/2 days after picking and shipping.
