On a winter Saturday, pass through the doors of our greenhouses. Immersed in a green and warm atmosphere, the rare citrus fruits reveal themselves before your eyes. This in-situ trip will continue with a unique starred lunch, composed and served by Pascal Barbot, who came specially from Paris.

- Welcome & visit to the estate 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: discover the history of citrus fruits and their incredible diversity, but also that of the Estate and the specificities of our profession. Shapes, colors, acids, bitters, and aromas as diverse as there are varieties!
- Star-studded lunch, Pascal Barbot 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Take a seat at the table for a unique and exceptional organoleptic experience. It is among the citrus fruits that Pascal Barbot (Astrance, Paris) will share with you his interpretation of seasonal citrus fruits, within a menu designed especially for the occasion.
From the product, often wild, always carefully chosen, emerges a spontaneous proposition, lined with fair service: honest cuisine, embracing the love of hospitality. Pascal Barbot & Christophe Rohat had obtained 3 stars in their small kitchen on rue Beethoven, in Paris. Today, they are living their new project to the fullest with the takeover of Joël Robuchon's legendary restaurant 'Le Jamin', renaming it 'Astrance'. The chef admits to admiring his producers, market gardeners, winegrowers, breeders, who have been with him for two decades. Fair, trustworthy work, as close as possible to the seasons and the vagaries of nature.
