The Yuzu plays a fundamental role in the Japanese culture. It contains little juice of high acidity but many seeds.
After effort, comes comfort! To obtain 1 liter of juice, we squeezed 4 to 5 kg of fruit by hand!
To make the Yuzu Velvety Juice, we used the same recipe and production process as for the Yuzu Juice, and we added 10% of sugar to round off the lively acidity of the Yuzu Juice. The Yuzu Velvety Juice retains the freshness and aroma of fresh yuzu, thanks to the addition of a piece of peel.
