Fresh and floral notes, delicious liveliness, discover the true taste of yuzu, picked at full maturity in our own orchards, in our jelly infusion.
As an infusion, prepare 1 to 2 teaspoons:
- in hot infusion: 5 minutes in 20 ml of water at 100 degrees, bite into the yuzu zest as you taste it.
- as an iced infusion: 30 minutes in 30 ml of water at room temperature then set aside in a cool place
In mixology: add 1 teaspoon per glass to the shaker.
